Infographics Orchestrator
Coordinates automated infographic generation end to end.
Problem: Producing on-brand infographics manually is slow; this ties the steps together so content can be generated at scale from a single trigger.
Solution: Acts as the control workflow — triggers keyword/topic analysis, then calls the generator to produce the infographic, coordinating the sub-workflows in sequence.

Keyword Gap Analysis
Finds content/keyword gaps to feed the infographic and content pipeline.
Problem: Knowing what topics to create content around is guesswork; this surfaces gaps automatically.
Solution: Pulls keyword data, analyses gaps, and outputs the topics/keywords used downstream by the orchestrator + generator.

AI Portal Responder (Real Estate)
Auto-answers property inquiries from listing portals within 60 seconds, 24/7.
Problem: Inquiries from Otodom/OLX pile up in an inbox; slow replies lose deals.
Solution: Watches the inbox via IMAP → parses the inquiry → looks up the matching listing in Google Sheets → AI generates a tailored reply → sends it via Gmail, logs the lead, and notifies the agent via SMS.

AI Lead Qualifier (Real Estate)
Automatically scores and routes inbound leads as HOT / WARM / COLD.
Problem: Leads from a form get handled inconsistently; hot leads go cold before anyone reacts.
Solution: Typeform submission → extract data → AI classifies the lead → routes each class to the right action (save to CRM, SMS alert, confirmation email).
